Thanks! Five or six years back, I had actually tried to learn enough C++ to make an app to switch to the next/previous workspace by pressing the right/left arrow keys + Alt, but I didn't get very far. Maybe I can jury-rig something like that with WorkspaceSwitcher and Spicykeys.

Hi Stephen,

Nope, never tried that one, I actually can't find WorkSpaceSwitcher on Bebits anymore. It was made by Massimiliano Origgi, who also created a compression utility if memory serves. Luckily I kept a nice archive of Bebits apps, up to till something like 2006.

Check your mail & enjoy!

Hi Stephen,

You're too lazy to doubleclick yet you have to move your hand all the way to the functionkeys to switch workspaces? Have you ever tried WorkspaceSwitcher? Just push your mousepointer against the edge of the screen and you switch to the next workspace automatically. It's so easy and integrated I think BeOS feels flawed without it. If you don't have it I can mail it over, so you can move to the next level of laziness... :)
